Creative Cakes wishes all our customers to be delighted with their cakes or produce and the customer service offered from first contact with us until the completion of your order.We do everthing we can to accommodate your order however we will not compromise our quality by taking any more than we can process with the quality you deserve and if returning customers, have come to expect.
We ask you to allow at least 3 months for wedding cakes and 2 weeks for celebration cakes although there are certain busy times which will require more notice. During winter months or quiet spells we can often accommodate you with less notice
We urge all our customers to check their order and of course the finished cake before leaving our shop and will do everything we can to rectify any faults whether they are ours or the customers. If you are unhappy with the cake and the faults are clearly ours we will refund the price of the cake in return for the product which should be in the same condition as it left our store.

While we will do everything we can to rectify the situation when errors are made it is the responsibility of the customer to check your order and make sure all the details are accurate
Once the order is placed the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable If the cake has been paid in full and we are given 14 days notice for celebration cakes and 30 days notice for wedding cakes we will refund the balance less the deposit
Collection from Store
Once the cake has been collected we take no responsibility for damages due to bad handling or damage in transit We advise the cake boxes to be held from underneath (their base) - never the sides as this can cause damage and that the boxes should be placed on an even surface and care should be taken to ensure there is no movement during transit. Please do not place the cakes on the seat of the car or hold them on your lap. Our staff will be happy to advise you if you have any concerns.
